Note that I encourage an anti-inflammatory and balanced nutrition based on eating real foods, a minimum amount of added sugars and processed foods. For example, carbs are vegetables and fruits 🙂
The objective is to fuel our body to perform at desired levels and keep energy levels stable so we do more of the things we love, dream big, and go after these amazing dreams.
An added bonus to this type of body fuel system is the possibility of lowering the risk of chronic diseases that are often prevented with a healthy lifestyle. That said, we might discuss topics addressing other lifestyle areas that help us optimize hormones. If one of your goals is weight loss, we discourage weight loss through unhealthy and extreme methods.
Getting rid of my sugar addiction and prediabetes was not easy. I went through it alone. Needless to say, it was emotionally exhausting and took a while. I was too embarrassed to admit what was going and embarrassed to ask for help. I didn’t know who in my circle could help either. However, I did not know I had prediabetic and insulin resistance (plus chronic G.I. and digestive issues) until I had already started to educate myself and slowly change my lifestyle. At that point, I got even more committed to taking full responsibility for my health.
Months into my self-learning journey about the mechanics of the body and the importance of nutrition, I became fascinated with the topic. Eventually, I left a 6-figure job in corporate finance to follow my passion for helping people discover the root cause of health imbalances and help them restore homeostasis via lifestyle so they can do the things they love and live a fulfilling life.
This group is my gift to you to kick-start your transformation. It is also an opportunity for me to inspire and transform the more lives out there.
