Thank you Maria for a great class a couple of weeks ago. I was a little worried that I would have trouble doing the exercises due to a sore hip and the fact that I am overweight.
Maria helped to tweak the exercises to address my limitations and I felt great after the exercises. I exercise 3 to 5 times a week at the gym and pool. I have incorporated Maria’s exercises into my routine. I feel they are helping me gain strength and flexibility which I feel are necessary to go about daily activities.
I highly recommend this program. I would definitely participate in online classes sometime in the future.
